Selection process:
- Initial application
- Three interviews
- Base documentation at minimum required profile
- Work history investigation
- Psychometric test
- Letter to assure no prior police records
- Medical exams and anti-doping tests
- Socio-economic analysis
- Consensual candidate approval
Training process:
Our trainers have certifications and registries from the Labor
Secretariat and are trained based on private security current parameters
going from the basics to the specific needs of each client. This includes
the diagnosis, design, teaching and approval of both theoretical and
practical tests based on documentation and norms provided by Government and
private institutions
